Kitchen 66, part of the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation, serves as Tulsa's starting point for food entrepreneurs. Located at Mother Road Market, it features the Takeover Cafe, Landmark Food Truck, and General Store offering local food and Oklahoma-made packaged goods, including a notable selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The program provides a commercial kitchen and educational resources to help food businesses grow and expand. Visitors have enjoyed dishes like the flavorful goat with couscous from the Moroccan kitchen at Takeover Cafe. While some find the bowls small and the falafel less flavorful, others appreciate the quality meat options like the Ali Baba. Overall, Kitchen 66 is a lively spot that supports local food businesses and offers tasty, authentic cuisine.
The K66 General Store at Mother Road Market has some of the best and coolest Oklahoma made packaged foods products! Also, one of the best non-alcoholic drinks sections in town!

I ate at Takeover Cafe, an authentic morracan kitchen. I ate the goat with couscous and Morracan pancakes and it was delicious. The food was so flavorful that it took my breath away. I recommend it for anyone visiting Tulsa.
