JR was great answering my questions on the phone. I went to tour the facility, he was friendly, quick and I signed up for 5 x 15 storage unit. Accessing the unit was easy with the app on my phone.

Mice, mice, mice! I rented a storage unit while I was traveling for six months and when I came back, I found mice had nested in my clothing. When I told the manager, he asked me if I had insurance. I never thought I was expected to have insurance since they have a mice problem. They at least were willing to dispose of some of the mice infested clothing I had throw out!

Joe was extremely helpful and very kind! Absolute 10/10 service they thought a lot about the logistics of moving heavy objects and have a clear layout on how to make moving your stuff as effortless as possible. Climate controlled storage and carts laid out at your convenience I would recommend 10/10 storing your stuff here.

I rented a 10x10 inside with air controlled. The guys in the office are awesome. They made it easy for me to move right in. The storage place is nice and clean. No hassle. No issues. I would do business at this location anytime. This is a Great location that is friendly with awesome customer service!! You get 5 stars from me!!!!

My storage was pre-ordered on line. However upon arriving to the Extra Storage Location My Access Code wasn't active for entry. So after finally accessing entry. We/ My Daughter Shiquita &/I Was introduced to Arin. We had also Viewed the storage space. Which was literally large enough for and I Quote 5 by 5 ft. For my 18ponubd Great grand whom is 7months old to crawl around in with à fewof her Favorite Floor Toys. S. M. H. However 9n the site Arin was AWESOME And Settled the PROBLEM. So Veronica L. Mitchell am 95% Satified with the Outcome.YES A a full Days Work Of Sweating,Was Worth It In The End.Thank You Shiquita L. Alexander for Recommending Extra Space Storage And Arrin.

We love ExtraSpace Storage! Joe is absolutely amazing, and it’s so easy to get in and out of! It is super clean, and all the units are temperature controlled! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for storage near downtown.
