  They are always chatting with each other or on their phones, one guy was literally reading a book and i had to wait for him to finish his sentence or whatever to get checked out. Qt right down the road

  Worst gas stations in the U.S. Bad food. They don't keep the 1gal waters cold. Dirty surfaces, employees who clearly don't like the job. Just go to QT instead. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I mentioned this to the girl cashier who told me she is the manager. She stated that I can contact corporate, that's the only way they can change! What???? Truly ridiculous...

  The staff at this location consistently seems more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. I stopped in today and, just like on previous visits, not a single employee acknowledged me—no greeting, no offer to assist, nothing. I ended up using self-checkout because it was clear no one was interested in helping or even speaking to me! I understand it’s a gas station and customer service expectations may be lower, but a simple “hello” or some basic assistance would go a long way. Instead, the employees stood around laughing and joking with each other while I waited at the counter. This has become a recurring theme at this location, and it’s disappointing.

  They flash one price and then charge you 30 cents more with another and then tell you. You need to get a Nitro card in order for the discount that is b. S false advertising do not use this place.

  Stopped in to use the bathrooms. They we're clean like always. Noticed that an employee did not clean their hands after using the bathrooms. We decided to grab breakfast while we were there. They had nothing in the kitchen areas. Now I know that coming in at 11:00 that breakfast would be gone, but there was nothing hot to eat. Nothing!! Left very dissatisfied!!

  So I come in today and I get a coffee from a new coffee cup and the cashier acted like I didn’t even know what a barcode was she asked for the plastic that was covering the newly bought coffee cup and I kept pointing at the barcode I don’t like people who WORK in customer service acting like I am uneducated they should work somewhere else

  Terrance and the other girl working at the check stand were extremely rude. I stood there for over 2 minutes while they played on their phone as they did not see me and finally, I said “Hello, is anyone going to help me, or do I need to walk out with my stuff?”. No one said one word, the girl did not take her face out of her phone, and Terrance did not say one word to me, but he did ring up my stuff. There was another guy behind me who the girl cashed out, and she was on her phone the entire time. I’m not sure what is so important on her phone, but if it’s that important maybe she should not be working so she can focus on it. This location has lost a customer, I will never return.
