Very personable personnel. I only go in to open accounts. They contact me when my CD is going to renew. Every interaction with the bank employees has been professional.

I have delt with this institution for 3 years. Always friendly, helpful, easy access to bankers. I like dealing with smaller places. Melinda and Josselyn are always helpful.

I opened the checking account online to get the $500 dollar bonus that they advertised in the newspaper. Needless to say, I did not receive it. The advertisement said nothing about having to open the checking account in a branch location. Also, I asked someone when I first opened the account if I had opened the right kind. They said that I did. I also called again the other day to ask if I had opened the right kind of account. He also said I did. Now I called again today to ask about getting the bonus because I still did not receive it. The lady told me I was not qualified for it because I did not open the right account. How can I ask two different people but now get a different story when it is time to payout? I spend three months trying to get this bonus and checked multiple times. This is ridiculous, beware of their practices
