If It was possible to give zero stars or minus like 10 or 20 stars. I would do that. I came this morning with a carload had no carts insight anywhere lost money all day because my car was filled with stuff. I couldn’t empty out this morning and then I come this evening And there’s still no carts to be found and I’m sorry there’s nobody here putting anything in storage so these carts are not missing because people are using them. They’re missing because the facility is incompetent and now I’m not able to reach anybody so here I go again leaving with a car full of stuff when I need my car empty for tomorrow Super easy to sign up and for them to take your money but anything else I haven’t even been with them 24 hours and it’s complete incompetence.

I'm sad to say that something has changed. Either the ownership has changed or the management has changed. Whatever the change it wasn't good. I waited a bit before I wrote this review, frankly, because I was so mad. Last week, I wanted to make a quick run to one of our 4 rented units to pick something up for a trip I was taking later that day. When I got there I entered one of our security codes (we have 4 units and there is a code for each) and the gate failed to open. So, I tried another and it didn't open. So, I logged onto my phone to see whether I had neglected to pay the monthly fees. I found all four units were paid in full. I then tried another unit's security code and finally the gate opened. I drove onto the property and proceeded to the south building where we have two inside units. Sadly, I found that both doors that allow you to enter and access your units were locked. I had a flight leaving Tulsa in just over two hours so I didn't have time to call and wait for management to come out and unlock one of the doors so I drove to the one exit and entered the security code that had opened the gate less than five minutes previous. It didn't work. I tried all of my codes and none of them worked. Now, I was locked in. I couldn't get off of the property and became very concerned and called management and only got a recorded message. I left a message stating that I was locked in and needed to get out as soon as possible to catch my flight. After hanging up and waiting a few minutes I called again, and again and still got no human response. Exasperated I called my son who lived across town to come and get me. I was going to lock and leave my truck and try and climb the gate to get out. Luckily, in about 10 minutes, a truck came to get into the property. His code worked and as soon as he drove in, I drove out quickly while the gate was still up. All was well. I made my flight. In the interim my wife called and spoke to Marvin and told him about the situation asking if we had a balance due and he said no and couldn't explain why the codes didn't work.
Less than a week later, May 2nd, I returned to attempt to get into the previously locked building but when I entered my security codes none of them opened the gate. I called management again and requested that they open the gate. This time it turned out that my account wasn't current. Payment was due on May 1st and it was then May 2nd. I apologized and said that my wife handles the payments on those accounts and because of being gone on a long trip it was overlooked and I would notify her to take care of it in a couple of hours, but asked if she would please open the gate so I could enter. She said no. Yes, we were one day late, and I would think that after having 4 units there and paying over $500 a month; renting there for more than 10 years that she would grant me grace and let me in. I pointed out that one of my units was current and that code wasn't working either. Still no. I then put her on hold to call my wife right then and have her tell her the credit card number and run the three overdue units. My wife didn't answer. I pointed out to the representative that I gave them grace when I was extremely inconvenienced the week previous being locked out of my paid up units and even being locked onto their property and not able to get out for much longer than I felt comfortable with due to travel plans. She didn't care. She just wanted the money. Total lack of customer service.
If you read my previous review of this business you will see that I happily gave them a glowing 5 star rating. Sadly, I now give them 1 star.
