I got tricked and things weren't explained fully to me, if they agree to fix it I will remove this review, if it's still here, they didn't fix it. I didn't get the lady's name, but the lady in there will not fully explain things to your level, she will beat around the bush and make scenarios. I finally had to tell her, stop beating around the bush and be upfront and tell me straight up, then she finally did, but it was too late. Hopefully no one else makes that mistake.
