My significant other and son visited this location 3+ months ago. When there, they met Victoria, who went out of her way to help our autistic son, who loves birds and was obsessed with the cardinal hats. She talked with him about a shared love of birds and he talked about that visit at home for weeks.
Fast forward to today…we visited Lids again to purchase him a Cardinals hat. He mentioned that he wondered if she’d be there. Not only was she there, but she sought him out, called him by name (she remembered), and they resumed their chat about birds, and our upcoming Disney trip. She helped him select the perfect hat, shaped it to his head, and finished with their special handshake at the end.
Victoria doesn’t just provide customer service, she provides the best experience hands down. She needs to train all hires about how to engage the customer. We will continue to come back just to see Victoria! 🤩

The customer service was terrible, and even the manager treated us unfairly. We experienced discrimination, and one of the staff members completely ignored us after we asked just three questions. On top of that, they refused to let us demonstrate our custom design. The lack of professionalism and respect was unacceptable.

Tried to exchange a ball cap, I pulled the stickers off so I called before hand to see if I could exchange with only the receipt and was told I could. The man told they couldn't take the cap back because the stickers were pulled off even though I had the receipt.

Had the intention of spending well over $100 on embroidered caps for my friends and I before vacation. Employee was too busy talking on his phone to answer my questions and the only answer I was able to muster out of him was “that’s all I have.” Will not be going back.

Not the biggest variety or selection they had some stuff I don’t know if it’s based off of sales but for what they have coming in but I’ve been here a few times and I’ve never had a problem out of them I may have left without what I came to get ultimately I ended up ordering online what they didn’t have in store
