I have gone to Lockers salon for over 30 years - Natalie's mother was the first to cut my hair, then Greg and now Natalie - Love Lockers!!! Natalie is a miracle worker!!!

I purchased a groupon in January and was in contact with Jerri at Lockers Salon but was not able to set up an appointment until April 29th, since that was the only open time in her schedule. I waited until then and the day of she contacted me saying that her kid got hurt and I was very sympathetic and told her I would give her time to spend the day with her child instead of getting my hair done. However, after that she was very difficult to get in contact with, and when I did, and tried to set up a new time to reschedule, she kept saying she needed to look at her schedule for an open slot but never would. Soon after I lost all communication from her, she did not respond to my many calls and texts. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with how unprofessional she has been. Unless she can get her act together, she should not be in this business.
