I always love Loft. Not only was I treated well, I love the 2 new tops I bought. Some stores always run out of smaller sizes but they seem to always have things I can wear.

I shopped there on Black Friday (11/26/21), and even though they were super busy, The girl who greeted me told me about their sales and asked if I was looking for anything, when I told her jeans, she showed me where to find them and explained the different fits to me! Everyone was very kind, and I was periodically asked if I was doing okay by multiple people. Excellent customer service! Especially on such a busy day!

My first experience shopping at the Loft in Utica Square was fantastic! I had a large return to make since I shopped online first. When I walked in I was promptly greeted and then sat my items at the front counter. They didn’t make me feel bad about returning, they just offered to help or let me look around. Kris and Ali both helped bring items to me in the fitting room and I left with two amazing outfits I feel confident in and a new favorite place to shop! I’m a solid 14-16 (the largest size carried in the store is a 14) but the ladies helping me brought me more generous cuts and things that were flattering for me. I’m so happy I went in the store to shop! I’ll be back!!

I've shopped at this Loft store regularly for the past several years. I love their clothing and I especially like that I can always find pants that fit! I've always received exceptional customer service and the sales staff are very helpful in suggesting items and styles for me to try. They also have lovely accessories that make great gifts. Loft has become my go to store!
