Watch out for this place! Mgmt turns out extremely rude when asked if they could get more 1x12” hardie down, she(mgr) said it’s the end of the day and they just don’t have time to keep things stocked! The mgr Sarah and her accomplice walked over after 5 minutes! Then proceeded to berate me that my 14 yr old kid was standing on a pallet rack getting a 1x2 was unsafe! I suggested they should do a better job merchandising the store make it easier for people get materials, and let me worry about my kid! She then got hostile and told me to leave the store forgoing my 26 pcs of hardie 1x12, and another 40 items I was there to purchase!
They have good people but this Manager was not one of them! Then as I was leaving the accomplice Paris began heckling me and my son! I have never seen two people at Lowe’s that didn’t like their jobs! Operating a fork lift can’t be that difficult that you would run off customers because you were tired at the end of their day!

Probably the worst managed store in the chain. Inventory wrong, can't staff enough cashiers, extremely long lines at Pro desk due to no cashier's for the non pro registers. It sure makes me appreciate my local Lowe's.

I went to the Lowe’s at 15th and Yale (Tulsa) today—-ready to buy a washing machine. I was in the appliance area for 10-15 minutes looking at washers….nobody came to assist me. I wanted to ask a few questions,but was pretty much ready to buy one….very disappointing…..

Any time i have a poor interaction with a cashier, I assume they are having a bad day and don't take it personal. Yesterday was the 4th time I've had an interaction with Sarah in the garden center. She literally makes me feel like I'm not welcome, and my money is no good there. Every other cashier has always been so sweet to me and understanding. I spend hundreds a week here and I just don't understand how she has such a terrible attitude all the time. I have many years of customer service and hospitality in my background and not one would I ever let someone like that represent me or the company I work for. Some people are just always rude. If I see her as the only cashier in the garden center, I'm just going to leave. It's not worth feeling this unwelcome. I literally want to give you guys money. 🤦♀️

My wife and I and I went to Lowe's at midtown to purchase appliance problem empemour new home. Everything we're going good until we were informed we were sold the wrong Ice maker. I went to return the wrong Ice maker no problem. The employee said I would have to order the product from the manufacturer. No problem I was an Lowe's Department Manager. I talked to Kylie the Department Manager. I said you will install once I got the product delivered. He said no problem. Well I called back talked to the Store Manager thinking that this would help get the ball rolling
I told him the same story and all he said was Kylie was there him would talk to him. I did to no avail. So since I'm stuck in the Hospital not being being to help my wife at all. Imagine if you were in my shoes and the company you gave your life to. Won't lift a thumb to put in a ice maker. It makes me wish I never stepped through the Lowe's door at South Tulsa, and got promoted to help manage 1500 Lowe's in Owaso!!!

I was helped on my visit by Dawn,Irene, and Tara. They were all very kind and helpful. Tara helped me find all the things I needed.
