Employees here are very unhelpful unless you are up by the cash registers paying and checking out prices are extremely high, but the thing that bothers me most about this Lowe’s is the fact that you look at a price for something and then you take it to the front to scan it out to pay and it’s more expensive than the price that was posted on the shelf

need to buy some things in the appliance department but no one is coming? all you need to do is give up and order it yourself online while standing there and they'll finally offer to help. super easy!

I was pleased to find that Lowe's had a $90 battery for my riding lawn mower. I ordered it for next day delivery, which pushed the total cost around $135. Lowe's emailed me and informed me the order was delivered, but their photo showed they delivered to the wrong address. I do not know who received it, but I hope it fit their lawn mower. I verified that Lowe's had the correct delivery address and I emailed Lowe's and also answered their survey, but I did not get my product and I did not get my money returned. I won't do that again...with Lowe's.

I used to enjoy going here. But now, due to Lowe's ongoing campaign, to make the customers hate them, they have decided in all their infinite wisdom to remove all the actual checkers from their store but 2 at the pro desk. The lines at the pro desk were backed up down 3 isles and 20 min wait in line. So I walked to other end of store to the other check outs and they even remove all the manned checkouts registers and only had 4 self checkouts open and 3 of them were at a stop because they all needed help from the 1 person monitoring the self checkout there was a line 15 people deep.i even asked 3 other employees to help me check out and all refused(had wire by the foot so they had to ring it up) This is after walking out of the store the day before because of the lines at pro desk and a pissed off employee that refused to help anybody. I belive Home Depot may become my new goto.

Jacob with lumber and building materials went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us! The saw short-circuited and he tried to go out of his way with a circular saw to make the cuts we needed because he promised he would get the cuts done we needed before the saw shorted. We greatly appreciated, that he still tried, even though the saw broke… He eventually was told that he was told by management he couldn’t do that, so we didn’t get our cuts that we needed… But left happy customers, even though because of how above and beyond he went for us! Thank you Jacob!
