I went to this Lowe's because it was close to where I was while running errands. I had to ask 3 different people to page someone to come assist me and waited over 30 mins for nobody to ever show up, so I left. They were not very busy either, I will not return to this store again.

I give customer service 3 simply because I felt like I was unimportant. I'm at the contractor desk to spend almost 9K! He stopped helping me for his cellphone calls, his coworker buddies, and any other reason to make me wait. I'm speaking about the contractor desk only! The rest of the employees were great. They get the stars. Had I not been under a contract with my people, I would have walked out as soon as I got to that desk! The counter guy could not even follow simple directions, nor could he obviously count to 6. Next time I'll go to Home Depot. I believe Lowes live up to its name, low customer service.

This is the best Lowe’s in the Tulsa/BA area. The staff there are actually helpful and know what they’re taking about. Avoid the one in Broken Arrow, it’s by far the worst one.

Judith was absolutely horrible. I typically don't complain about customer service but this one has to be said. She was hateful about my gift card and even tried to get me to leave saying no money was on it instead of typing in the numbers. After my card (with funds worked) she told me that the gift cards don't work in self checkout but low and behold only self-checkout was open besides in the lumber area. Thank you Judith for making me feel like an idiot for 20 minutes while you told me you could possibly be too busy to figure out my card situation.

Took the time to cover their non frost hardy plants! Big Box stores aren't normally so caring about their plants so I was happy to see they actually care a little bit at this location. Happy plants, happy shoppers!
