Great quality of athleisure wear. I'd rather spend the extra money here once and know I don't need to replace it for a year or 2. It will go out of style before the quality gives up.The store is always clean and someone is always nearby to assist with items not available in store.

This is one of the best locations I have been to. I have worked at 2 locations in Florida where I live and this store operates exactly how it should. The comments that mention having to wait as a reason why they they left a poor review need to understand we wait almost everywhere we go. The staff here worked so quickly with returns and exchanges to keep the line going. People love lululemon so it’s not surprising to see lines. Guests have the option of scheduling an appointment either online or through the app if you are concerned about waiting. This store went above and beyond with customer service and did not give me a hard time with an exchange.

Horrible customer service!! I do not recommend. To every worker I came in contact with. Thinking of applying, just to be a leader and show them what customer service looks like. Start off by actually listening to your customers and have a positive welcoming demeanor.

I came in with my boyfriend today to do a simple exchange and every single employee was rude. In addition, it took us over 30 minutes to get someone to help us. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. She basically told us to go find the manger and that she couldn’t help us. Manger refused to acknowledge us and continued helping other people who were there way after us. Customer service is a 0. The manger was rude and refused to explain the policy to my boyfriend after he politely asked for it to be explained. What their website says and what the employees say are very contradictory. You would think for a company who charges so much they would have exceptional customer service. But it seems that they only want to hire bitter people who judge others based on appearance. Also some of the employees look like they just rolled out of bed…

Crime magnet store. They have a policy to NOT call 911 in event of a theft. So if you are a thief, I guess this is a store for you. If you are all about morals, family, safety, following rule of law, then please stay clear of this place. We need to rid Tulsa of these places for the sake of our families safety.

The management at this store is amazing and truly cares for their customers. Their customer service truly beats other stores that sells clothing that costs what Lulu costs. We had an issue with a gift card for my daughters 13th birthday not popping up on the app and an employee (seeing me struggling) came to help. She realized it was above her so she took us to a manager. He had us call customer service which (to his surprise) was not able to help. He and a female manager were both confused by the gift card not showing up, customer service not being able to help, and the number of confirmation emails I got (even while in the store), so they took measures into their own hands. They said 13 was to big of a birthday to walk out with a bad experience and made sure she walked out with her birthday lulu clothing on them! I’ve never had manager at any store be willing to take care of an issue in this manner. I will no longer complain about cost at this store with customer service like this.

Based on the reviews I was skeptical about taking my daughter into the store today for her birthday. She loved it and the staff were all very nice and helpful.
