Great products, very overpriced. There’s nothing in these products that constitute the price inflation. You can find products just like this with less ingredients for half the price. If you use three of the products a month, you’re looking at about 85 dollars a month. I get a great moisturizer from Germany for 12 dollars that lasts 3 months lol.

Every single worker we encountered today was so friendly! Each worker greeted us and had a small conversation, the woman who was greeting people was extremely informative and polite! I’ve never met such kind customer service workers!

Everything smelled so nice, looked pretty and I can honestly say I will return the lady that helped me pick things out explained it all so clearly and was so sweet having me smell and try things I would normally never! Also unlike bath and body works bath bombs they don't stain my tub!! I will be returning and bringing my friend too.

I absolutely love this store! The people who work here are absolutely amazing!! Every time I come here they could not be more kind, comforting, and sweet! I could literally spend hours in here talking with them! I enjoy coming in to this store so much! Thank you, thank you :)

Katy is truly so helpful. I’m looking for special products for my wedding and she took the time to show me lots of wonderful options. She also mentioned a specific product would be coming out in a few weeks and I’ll definitely be returning. I love LUSH and their employees.

LUSH is one of the few companies i always feel comfortable giving my hard earned money too because they are always on the right side of history and mortality and only ever had positive interactions with all the wonderful people who work there always extremely knowledgeable and helpful and make sure I get everything i need

Had a very personalized shopping experience here today and was unsure of what product to get, but Charles really helped talk me through some of the different fragrances and products so that I can make a more educated purchase with a sample. I didnt get everyone's names, but the crew working today were so Iconic and helpful. I would come back to shop with them again. Thanks yall again

Katie (Katy?) was so incredibly welcoming and inviting when my boyfriend and I first stepped inside. That was my first experience with LUSH- although I knew a little about the company and the products. I found myself enamored with the staff's knowledge about each product, every line- personal recommendations- I mean I was truly impressed with absolutely everything. I walked out with more knowledge and a fondness for an art I never really thought about before. Katy was especially fantastic, and I hope she is recognized for her passion and knowledge on the history behind LUSH, the product line, and her overall joy she brings to the store.

Katie gave spectacular customer service! I Hadn’t been to the store in over a year, so I initially called and spoke with Catie to ask if lush still made parsley porridge bar soap. She said that, unfortunately, they did not, but did have other bar soaps that were comparable with antibacterial agents and in scent, giving me examples of different ones. I decided to make the drive to Tulsa to go into the store that afternoon. Katie greeted me at the door. I told her I was the person who had called, and she took me over and showed me the bar soaps she’d recommended. I ended up choosing “Outback Mate.” She then offered to gift me a very generous sample of another bar soap I liked called, Alban Elixer. Katie had another customer so the other salesgirl rang me up and she was also incredibly friendly. I was in a bit of a hurry but that was no problem because they were both super fast and efficient! I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this one warranted positive feedback because it was such a good experience thank you again. I will definitely be back!
