One of the best arenas I’ve seen I recently came here for a youth conference and let me tell you it was amazing.

Seriously add a midrail to your guardrails.. watched 1 kid go over. How is that acceptable or not a serious code violation

The MaBee Center is an amazing event center. Many different events are held here. There is plenty of parking but it would help if it were better marked so make your own note of where you park and several entrances and exits.

The parking lots are poorly marked. Lots of people were wondering around trying to find their cars. I mean LOTS! Entering and exiting is confusing. It's clean and staff was polite and helpful. Acoustics were good. The screens didn't always work properly but I think that was the vendor not the venue.

Attended a concert last week & we were disappointed with the sound quality in the venue! We were straining to hear at certain points, which is something I'd not expect to do at a concert. Also, per the photo, it felt like we were looking through a rectangular window and were unable to see the majority of visuals for the show. The ceiling seemed to come down unnecessarily low. All the Mabee center staff were kind & the arena was tidy but the venue needs a renovation to really support good concert sound from all seats.
Another issue was when I purchased tickets on the mabee center website, the seating map was flipped when it came time to choose our seats, so I expected to be in the first row of the top section, but we were in the very last row of the top section. This could have been avoided by me having more careful attention, but the arena map ws oriented one way, and the sections were oriented the opposite way when going to select the seats. This could be an easy fix on the mabee center's part. Or at least to have a label saying "stage" when purchasing for a concert on the seat selection page.
Lastly, the sound absorbing walls in this arena do almost too good of a job. We were surrounded with a wall behind us and to the left of our seats (that was the length of about five rows going back)- this and the lack of ability for the sound to travel into the little nook it felt like we were sitting in made the show less than desirable. I would not go to a concert if we had to sit anywhere in the top section of this venue again.
