I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE EXPERIENCE AT MAC..I arrived at my scheduled appointment promptly at 5:00 PM, only to be informed that I needed to wait 15 minutes. While I was patient and waited, the delay extended to 32 minutes with no updates or apologies. When the makeup artist finally arrived, they seemed unbothered to the fact that I had been waiting. Even worse, the manager who I hoped would address the situation didn't seem concerned either and explained they had been busy with other appointments throughout the day.
The lack of communication was frustrating. They could have called ahead to notify me of the delay and made other arrangements. Instead, my time was wasted, and the entire experience was an inconvenience. Overall, the lack of organization and professionalism left me very dissatisfied.

I had a bad experience, prior to coming into mac with the help of LYNN she was amazing. she helped me with my accident I had. I'm not a big make up person, so I didn't know how to fix a black eye! thank you again lynn.

I came here from Sephora after a really bad experience in customer service. As in, there wasn't any to speak of. Nali (I hope I spelled her name right) was SO great, I almost started crying when she greeted me (literally she was fanning me to prevent water works); that's how stressed I was and relieved at her kindness. From then on, her customer service was outstanding. Naturally patient (as I'm a novice with makeup), she helped me find several amazing products and gave me confidence that I could apply it the same way. I didn't even mind that she was multitasking with answering other customer's questions (just a few) because she made me feel as if I had her undivided attention, and she knows her products. I'll be going to her from now on for all my makeup needs.
