Nick at the Tulsa location is an absolute gem! I do not typically enjoy shopping and have a hard time finding jeans that fit me properly, but Nick made my experience so pleasant. He was attentive, went above and beyond, and even got me to try items I would not normally try. I can’t thank him enough!

Grace was so helpful! She helped me find the best size, rise, and cut of jeans for me. For one of the pairs I purchased she ordered for me online and I got a great price as a result. The other pair, she helped me get hemmed to be a good length. I got the ordered pair in the mail today and they're so perfect, I've just been wearing them and squealing. 😁
Also, if you're reading this Grace, we LOVED Tacos x Mezcal and Bramble. Best food we had all week. Thanks for the recs. ♥️

The staff at this store neither acknowledged me nor was helpful when I needed to try on jeans. Store was empty other than myself and staff. This is not my typical experience at other Madewell stores perhaps just this staff?

It’s no secret how much I love Madewell, but I wanted to shout out the Store Director, Nick, and his entire staff at Utica Square. It is so rare to wander into a brick and mortar and be greeted as kindly and warmly as you are at Madewell in Utica — it was such a treat, especially at such a stressful time of year for our retail workers. Cheers!

Poor service. Never greeted, never asked if we needed assistance and that's because they had 3 employees working. Sent the company feedback on my experience. Much more but will stick to rating them here.

Had a great experience here! Ordered a pair of shorts online in my usual size... and they were way too small. I called and the store associate set aside a pair in the size up, then exchanged them 15 minutes later! Totally appreciate the help and ease with getting them replaced quickly!

My daughter was excited to visit Madewell for jeans as she is petite and finding great jeans can be a challenge. We were greeted with a hi, welcome but after that we were not helped. My daughter tried on several pairs of jeans and while an associate was standing nearby she never offered to help when she could tell we were looking for a different size to better fit her. Another associate walked by while we were looking through the bins to find her size and again no offer of assistance. As someone who has been in retail for many years I was disappointed in the customer service as I expected more based on Madewell’s reputation.

Such excellent customer service. I ripped my favorite pair of jeans and they helped me get a new pair with no hassle. I can’t believe how easy it was to get it taken care of. I love this brand and this location. and will keep shopping here for the years to come.

I called this location to see if they had a pair of pants in my size after not finding them in OKC, and Melissa was SUPER helpful right off the bat. They ended up not having them, but she called the Dallas Northpark location for me and had them hold my size and arranged for them to ship them to me. I really appreciate her help! My pants came in today and I love them.
