Each employee, and the Owner, go over and above every single time.I live closer to the Utica store, but I visit this one simply because of the superior service. I would highly recommend. “Overall, this is my preferred location… only docking a star because there isn’t a sense of urgency with customers—they’ll talk until they are blue in the face with guests! Thankfully they’ve added a self service scan and drop station. Anyone reading this: the scan and drop is to your immediate left when you walk in, and you can scan both Amazon and regular packages! There were several of us in line this afternoon while the associate was detailing her adventures in learning obscure foreign languages with the first customer being assisted. Although I had to interrupt the conversation to confirm we could use the drop-off for all packages, there was a definite shift in energy once I was able to get the line moving at the self-help kiosk. Thankful I won’t have to stand in line again with this option!”

“This store went so far beyond the norm when I was trying to get a package sent to Paris. I dealt with Cody and with Tony the manager and because of the contents of the package I was checking every day and they were calling France to see what the hold up was on their end. France totally dropped the ball ..but these two guys made sure it was resolved on our end. I cannot thank them and their store owner enough for having such great workers! They showed no impatience with me whatsoever no matter how many times we spoke or if I had to drop by their store. Thank You Cody and Tony!You're the store for me from now on!”

“I have used this place for years now for all my amazon returns and mail. They are exceptional. I usually come in discombobulated and ill prepared, they always help square me away from shredding documents ($1 a lb) to free amazon returns to helping pick a mailing package and some tape and helping me find the cheapest or most efficient means to transport my package. The gentleman always wears a smile and goes the extra mile and the older ladies and one younger lady are always on the phone or scanning working circles around the store to get people in and out and packages on trucks and delivered. This place is peak efficiency and personable which isn't always the norm in a digital world”
