“Every time I go into the store (usually to send an Amazon return) the clerks are very friendly and helpful. Whenever the lines are long they are very efficient and move the line quickly with the same friendliness and professional efficiency.”

“This is a neighborhood store that people frequent and are recognized. The employees here are friendly and outgoing and always greet you with a smile.
Very efficient in busy times, yet makes everyone feel important and well cared for.
Bil and Hank seem to always be there when I drop by for my mail and always make me feel recognized and important. Always smiling and always wondering about my day. Such a wonderful touch to my day.
When it comes to important deliveries, only trust this store and employees.”

“Fast, friendly, knowledgable service that had all of the supplies and services I needed right around the corner! New to town, but have a feeling this place is the Cheers of print and mail shops!”

“Great job done by all. Always had good experiences with this particular UPS store. My only complaint would be, that they stop playing religious music during business hours. It makes non-religious people feel alienated. It is there right to do so, of course. Just a suggestion.”

“Perfect experience. Needed sellers documents notarized for selling our house out of state. Made a same day appointment online and paid $5 per notary stamp. Professional, organized and could not have been easier. Karla is amazing! So grateful for her eagerness to help.”

“I cant recommend this place enough. Bob the owner is a beautiful human along with his puppy Cooper who has plenty to say, lol. I have been coming here for years and have experienced nothing but professionalism. I recommend anyone who wants their mail handled with care to come and visit. Extra points if you're a dog person!”

“March 2026. Different employees on this visit was a VAST IMPROVEMENT over previous visits.

PREVIOUS VISITS: Fast & efficient but the two male employees were rude, condescending, & hateful - especially the heavy-set male with a scraggly beard. He acts as though he hates you, the world, & everything in it. This is a consistent demeanor from him - not just having a single bad day.”

“Amazing customer service! The staff at the UPS Store at 3701 S. Harvard Ave. in Tulsa came to my rescue and I can’t possibly convey my gratitude enough. I bought a piece of artwork online, but it had to be picked up in person at a specific time at a Goodwill store in Tulsa. I live in Seattle. I initially arranged for a friend to pick it up and ship it to me but she had a family emergency. While the art isn’t worth much, I think it’s special and hoped to be able to get it somehow. I spoke to Tristan Alexander at the UPS Store and he said staff could pick it up for me for a nominal fee and coordinate shipping. Store owner Brent Hopkins arrived for my appointment and the store carefully packaged my item, which I received quickly. Thank you, Tristan and Brent for going out of your way for me. I highly recommend doing business with these great folks!”

“I was already having a terrible day when I walked in, and the gentleman behind the counter very nicely impatiently explained that my package was a USPS package. He then explained that he would happily take care of it for me, and taped it up for me, at no cost. This location will have my loyalty until I die.”
