I’ve had a good experience here. The gym, pool, events, and library are my favorite. No complaints about anything!

If management doesn't like you get ready for an experience you won’t forget lolI left a month early before my lease was up pre-paired to pay the $1,175 I would oweWithin a few days after the month I got billed 4k. I would highly recommend to stay away from this 1960 700sqft scam they got going on

We have lived here for a few years, and in that amount of time, not everything has been without any issue, but that is anywhere you go. I will admit the monthly rent increase and residents speeding through the complex are the reason I gave a 4 star review. Also my apartment “label” or plaque showing the apartment number is in a very inconvenient and uneasily accessible area making deliveries difficult.

I lived at this property for approximately 2 years. The local staff is excellent, and do everything they can to help residents. The issues are w the out of state corporation that owns and manages the property.Well over 1000+ dollars per month for a 1 bedroom apartment with less than 700 square feet of living space. None of the living units have central air or heat, only in common areas will you find that. The wall units provided for heating and air in the living units were clearly designed in the 1960's or 1970's. They have no regulatory thermostat, so all they do is constantly run, and not well.Unless the temperature outside is reasonable, even with fans in the summer, and space heaters in winter, it's nearly impossible to keep the living unit at a comfortable temperature.Clearly just paying for a zip code. I call it a rip off. I now live just down the street, pay less, have over 1000 sq feet of living space, and central heating and air.

They are more proactive and communicative with requests or issues. I had an issue with my A/C in the middle of summer and it was fixed and replaced within 48 hours, at no extra expense to me. The staff is super friendly and the tenants are equally as.

Fraud scam alertI put in my application and pay my fees and corporate took over a week and ran my background check six times, and I kept getting an ID verification text message even after I informed them that I was no longer interested in the property due to the lack of ability to complete my approval process in a timely fashion. After I turned in this complaint, the next day I got notification that they ran my background check two more times because I kept getting text notifications for ID. Remind you I had informed them I was no longer interested in their property and they continue to run the background check and the reason is is because they do not want to refund the $250 charge. I have never pay this much never been need to pay this much. I feel that it is a scam anyone that takes that large amount of money and can’t process in a timely fashion it’s questionable.

I've been at Mansion House since April and I've been so happy so far. This is my first time living in an apartment and I was nervous at first. But there is a community feel to this place that I love. I had an issue with my AC going out shortly after moving in and they had it fixed within a day. The women who work downstairs are always so nice and know me and my dog by name. The maintenance workers are also very nice. My friends are surprised when I tell them how much I pay to live here thinking I pay way more. The amenities are also great. The pool is always nice and the grills work great. And I never seem to hear my neighbors.

On the hottest week of the year, the old A/C units go out across the building. It has been 14 days now without A/C and there is still little to no communication as to when it will be fixed. They are using their small maintenance department and refuse to hire contractors to come out and fix this problem. If you are wanting to live here, expect your A/C to go out during the summer because they are old pieces of junk that rack up your utility bill.

Great place to live in. The apartments are great and convenient.I lost my glasses and it looks like one of the residents found it and gave it to the office. That tells you how safe this place is.

I lived in Mansion House for a year.Pros: Office Staff is generally responsive. They don’t always respond with a good solution. But they respond. The apartment is in a great and walkable area and I have t had any issues with other occupants. It feels relatively safe and parking isn’t too bad.Cons: I had a roach infestation my entire time there. They had their pest control come each week. It made absolutely NO difference at all. I’ve never had roaches before and I did A TON of research to rid myself of them. I ended up caulking all the baseboards, pouring diatomaceous earth behind everything, and applying traps everywhere. This worked for a few months. The roaches returned. To be honest, the apartment isn’t that bad and certainly would have stayed there had I not had the roach issue.

Worst apartments in down town Tulsa .. claim to be "dog friendly" but shun you for having them, tack on 30$ a dog per month, don't allow them any where on the property other than your apartment & the dog park which you have to walk 2 blocks to get to (not very fun during cold weather) ... worst part is the office ladies, you can tell they hate their lives, didn't accomplish any thing in their younger life & now have to spend the rest of their lives in a cubical working for some one else .. there is a real gloomy & uneasy feeling right when you walk into the building before being "greeted" by the cranky old ladies ... you will then have to take the stairs to get to your apartment because the elevators never work. Do not recommend paying the price of living there, the building poorly constructed & every thing about the building screams CHEAP for having to pay so much money a month on one of the more expensive apartments in downtown Tulsa. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER LIVING HERE. SAVE TIME & JUST GO NEXT DOOR TO THE COSMOPOLITAN :)
