I love Marshalls and Tjmaxx but this location is the worst! I always have issues with the “policies” that none of the other Tjmaxx, HomeGoods or Marshalls follow only this location. I had a return merchandise credit gift card and my moms name was attached to it since she made the return for me and they refused to let me use the return merchandise card since my mom wasn’t not present with her ID. The manager was super rude:( I’m sad to have a negative experience here.

It really grieves me to have to write this review of a place that I love and have shopped at for so many years. I had to go to Tulsa Hills for something and popped in the Marshalls real quick, the second the door opened the carpet was filthy, and unswept. Proceeding into the store, same thing, dirty floors, and horribly dirty shelves. This place is nasty now. Please Marshalls DM do something 😢
