I placed a 3 month subscription for a friend in the hospital. While she loved them and the flowers themselves were pretty, the customer service is well below average. Since I used a card I rarely use, it took me a few months to realize the subscription never ended as it should have. That was partially my bad. I called and they said it would be discontinued and refunded but the owner would call me. I never received that call so I tried a couple more times. I never got the owner but was told it would be cancelled every time I called. It has yet to be cancelled and I continue to be charged. I sadly do not recommend this florist. They have lost all trust.

I personally haven’t seen the arrangement but was told they are beautiful.
It would be nice to see the final product at time of delivery.

Sent a beautiful arrangement in a vase as a birthday gift. Colors were striking, flowers all look extremely fresh. Recipient was thrilled with the bouquet!

**DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP**
If I could give a 0 star rating I would!!
I recently purchased flowers on 06/03/2024 and balloons for our daughter and sons new baby!! Such an exciting time that had to be dampened because of Mary Murray’s Flowers.
I ordered at 9 for a same day delivery to the hospital. I was called at 10:30 and told one of the $20 balloons I ordered they had one, that one had a hole punched in it so they wanted to substitute regular balloons for it. I wanted our kids to feel special and get their delivery so I said I didn’t mind.
Called them at 3:30 to ask where the flowers were and they stated that they were on the delivery truck and they would be delivered soon. My kids did not receive the flowers until 6pm! And that was after my relentless called for delivery updates.
I reached out to customer service and told them how upset I was and what happened. They stated they would process a refund and blamed it on a staffing issue. I agreed to the refund and wouldn’t leave a review of my awful experience. Needless to say I never received a refund.
Flower delivery’s are special to the recipient. You pay over $100 for a special gift and you expect a service of that level. They had one chance to get it right and they failed. Then failed again by trying to rectify the situation and still didn’t uphold their word.
Do not use this flower shop to meet your florist needs.

I had a small issue and left a review and the owner called me immediately and apologized. I am blown away by her care and kindness, she stayed on the phone with me for quite a while, and I have no doubt that the issue will be handled, owner is amazing!!! I have ordered lots of bouquets from them and never had a problem with the quality, affordability, or anything else. They do an amazing job. I highly recommend using this company for all your flower needs!

Mary Murray’s Flower, was very responsive to my online order, even reaching out to me to confirm. Their service was excellent and the plant I purchased for the family of a longtime family friend that passed, was delivered on-time and was in great shape. The family was very pleased with the plant. Thank you Mary Murray’s! I will definitely use your shop again!

Absolute incompetence.
I ordered a delivery to a school. They attempted to deliver it after school hours. Not trying to be mean, but anyone with a working brain should've figured this out. When I called to check on the order, I was first hung up on and then (after calling back) subsequently lectured. Cannot recommend going with any other florist in the Tulsa area enough.
