My friend and I were there to test out mattresses to replace the ones we had bought. The representative, D.C., was very helpful and we found a mattress we loved. It was firm but soft to lie upon. We started the Mathis exchange policy with no trouble at all and will have our new mattresses by weeks end. We're very pleased.

Went looking for a new mattress. We were able to find one that was a good fit for us. We weren’t pressured, and were given plenty of time to discuss without a salesman. Overall a great experience! Would definitely go back when it’s time to replace other mattresses in our house.
