“The staff and Management were kind and understanding. When I brought the machine home it was pouring out water. I asked the management for an extension to return it they gave me one month to return it no other place would do what they did for me. I got a repair man out to fix it under my warranty. Turns out it was a crack in the pump line underneath. Probably damaged in shipping. Thank you for your patience American Freight. U are highly recommended.”
“I custom ordered my sofa Murphy bed from Murphy Bed Studios via phone calls and texts! Specially designed to fit into a tiny rental studio. My guests love it, everyone is impressed by the comfort and quality, and it absolutely made the studio cozy. It’s very sturdy and real wood… and the sofa is heavy and densely comfortable. How they handled the problems I had were wonderful so I have no complaints.
I do highly recommend adding assembly white glove service, and better assembly instructions both on paper and in video.
Thankful to Yulia for her service and for the touch up kit I requested! Amateurs shouldn’t assemble. Hire someone if you have to…”

We arrived at the store wanting to buy something to put on top of our purple mattress which is very soft, I have been feeling a lot of pain and have not been sleeping well, and James helped us and then we found out that we qualified for the warranty he helped us with everything!!! “I check this place out in person or online every few months. They’re fairly priced, I would say, except for bedside tables. I found new ones for the price they were asking for their used ones.
They have interesting artwork and some eclectic pieces. The employees don’t follow you around. You never know what you’ll find here.”

Gave such a welcoming greeting, and he ensured we knew everything about the mattress. Helped us the entire time, even helped us through a sleep number test to find the bed and sleep number right for my husband and I. We went in nervous, and not even a minute into the experience, he had us feeling comfortable and confident. So thankful we came in today.”

Guy was nice and very helpful he even help me load the mattress into my truck.Prices are very reasonable compare to other places.Parking is alittle difficult but not impossible. Questio is would I recommend or buy from them again the answer is yes to both questions in a heartbeat I would.They have a wonderful line up to choose from for whatever style you may have and again very nice and freindly employees.”
