I ordered 2 specialty pizzas my husband drove 7 miles to pick them paid 35.05 and got them home. Ordered 1 no mushrooms, it was covered in them, and the bottom of the crust on both pizzas covered with cinnamon and sugar. I did get 16.00 dollar credit so like dummy we tried again and the same damned thing cinnamon and sugar on the bottom crust and it wasn't even done in the middle so we are done with Mazzio's in Cleveland Oklahoma.

Great customer service! Spoke with Robert in customer support about a credit that was 10 days expired from an error on a previous order. He was professional and able to re apply the credit.

I've always loved Mazzio's. However, I live just over 2 miles from one and somehow my address isn't available for delivery. I find it frustrating that I can't call my local restaurant directly. The call center ordering is very frustrating and inconvenient.

Is anybody going to do anything about 51st and union location? Covid is over! It is time you get people that want to work and supervise! Again, the location is gross. The salad bar is gross. The pizza on the buffet is non existent. Plenty of complaints on your site but nobody is doing there job at corporate either!

My husband and others can eat all they want on the buffet, including salad bar, for $8.49. Because I have to eat gluten free, I have to order my own pizza, which would cost around $15. Okay, that's fine, but shouldn't I at least get to eat the salad bar with it? Nope. Not unless I pay another $5.00. So $20 for my meal for a tiny pizza while they eat as much as they want for $8.49. You would think they would just let me pay extra for my gluten free pizza and still get the salad bar. Such a rip off! We'll never go back.

Terrible food, Terrible leadership, and if you have an issue all they have is a voice-mail that they do not respond to. Mazzios does not care about the customer or service they provide. Do not do business here!

I have never had a bad Mazzios Pizza..however your new online ordering system is confusing and NOT USER FRIENDLY! I had to contact the store to give them my gate code info! She was a absolutely wonderful! Please get.this corrected!

Mazzio's Jenks: Upon arriving for the buffet, there were 10 people in front of us. Manager help those 9 people and told us to wait. After waiting about 5 minutes, a lady showed up. She didn't know how to log onto the computer. The manager showed her. We placed out order for the buffet and a special pizza. We turned around with our plates to only see a dirty salad bar. It was also missing: salad, mushrooms, peas, onions, ranch dressing, cottage cheese and pizza. When I brought it to there attention, the answer: "we are working on it, we hadn't had a chance since lunch". Along with everyone else, no salad or pizza. After waiting 5 minutes, I went back to inquire with the register lady. Before she could answer, a young man started screaming at me "we are working on it". He was at the pizza making station had his arm stretched out pointing his finger. He further said the register lady is the nicest lady around and I should be talking to her. I am a senior lady and I felt very threatened by his voice and stance. I at that time asked to speak to the manager. He was within 2 feet of this yelling person. I advised the manager how I felt and the man yelling continued to yell at me. I suggested they have the salad bar stocked before the buffet starts. The man yelling again started yelling "not all of us is as perfect as you are". The manager didn't say anything or even stop this man for yelling at me. At this point I was ready to call the police I felt so threatened. My husband came up and told the manager how horrific this man is treating me. Again the manager did nothing. I started back to the table and as I was on the other side of the buffet, he was again yelling at me "we will stock the salad bar when we get to it". At this point there are about 20 people in the store and no salad and 2 whole pizzas. My husband had to return to the front because our glasses had something crusted on the top. They had to go through about a dozen glasses to find clean ones. We didn't get any pizza (I can eat red sauce pizza), nor salad. We waited 45 minutes still didn't get any pizza and they just brought out the lettuce. Still missing several veggies and it was very dirty. When we went up to the counter, the man said under his breath (the b*tch is back). We inquired when our pizza would be ready, they said it would be awhile. There were several people complaining and they could believe how that man talked to me. The manager would only say "I'll take care of it". But apparently he didn't because the man kept it up. I will never go back to the Jenks restaurant as I don't feel it is a safe environment.
