I've gotten tested four times now: twice with MCI, once at a local university site, and once at CVS. MCI was the fastest and most convenient on the actual day of testing, and the process to obtain results was fairly straightforward. I am frankly a little surprised by some of the negative feedback where people are irritated that they had to wait a few days to get results during peak COVID testing season. Global pandemics are inconvenient. Everyone I interacted with at MCI was very professional and customer service focused. Great experience!

People performing the test were great. That is why they get one star. Do not go for Covid-19 testing.I paid $250 out of pocket. I was also told I would be provided a claim form for my insurance company. After I was given my receipt, I was told they didn't have any claim forms on hand and I would have to find my own. I was told I would be provided results 72 hours later. Here I am 100 hours later and no results. No one answers their phones. I understand there is an increase with testing, however, be upfront with your customers. If you know there may be a delay, warn them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Got tested on June 24th on a Wednesday and was told 72-96 hours like many people are saying in their reviews. I waited a good 5 days before calling and I could hardly ever get through or it would go to a voicemail. The first day was the following Monday and the lady was very nice and told me my test was pending but someone will call me. I left a voicemail the next time which was a few days later and no one ever called back. The third time I called the lady was extremely rude and after her continuing to talk over me SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I am appalled at their patient care and customer service. I also want to make sure everyone knows they are not swabbing for the accurate amount of time. I work at a clinic and had it done right and have my results back from there already. Anyway, AVOID THIS PLACE AS THEY ARE A JOKE! I just got my results this morning bc I called and today marks 2weeks to to the day so please do not waste your time here.

Horrible experience. Absolute waste of money and time. Was told my covid-19 swab results would take 72 hours. I got tested MCI, despite having to pay $150, because of the fast turn around. It’s now been over 120 hours and I’ve heard nothing from them. I called and they can only tell me my results are still pending. No idea when I might get my results back. There’s not even anyone to speak to other than the call center. Would demand a refund if I could actually speak to someone there. I’m appalled at how MCI operates. USELESS!!!!

Do not go here if you need your results in a timely manner. I went on a Saturday because it was the only place open and I wanted to find my COVID-19 results quickly since I found out I had been exposed.They initially said 72 hours, then they said 96 hours, and then informed me that they didn't start processing the Saturday tests until the following Monday, so i probably wouldn't find out till at least friday. By that time, my 2-week window will have passed and I wasted a whole morning waiting in line for a test. Thankfully I haven't had symptoms so I think I'm fine, but I wish I hadn't wasted my time there thinking it was going to be faster than waiting to go somewhere else on Monday.

Signed up for a covid test here, very easy online, and showed up at 9 am with at least 20 cars in front of me. I can’t imagine how hard they work and the bad attitudes they deal with every minute is packed with testing and a new experience.Julien and his coworker were so kind, laughed about being thankful for sunshine (they have to stand out in rain and gloom and do the same thing some days), prepared, clean, and very professional. They made an uncomfortable experience for anyone very easy and painless.Was told it would be up to 72 hours but I got my results back the next day.

I was very impressed with Lisa ability to draw blood I am very hard to draw blood on and she got it the first try she is very friendly and polite and I've very much appreciated she is a great worker in a great employee and a great person.Thank you Lisa

UPDATE: it has now been 10 days and I STILL have no results and my insurance will probably still get billed even though this is obviously a scam of a place to get covid testing done. I have not been allowed to return to work until I get my results. If I’d know I’d be out of work this long I would have gone literally ANYWHERE else.Also - the supervisor I spoke with on the 8th day after testing told me I could call anytime and she’d speak with me and give me an update. The very next day I called and was never allowed to speak with her. I asked for her to rerun my call - it is now the evening of day 10 and no call back and STILL NO RESULTS!ORIGINAL POST:I have been waiting over a week now for my testresults. I went last week to get a covid test. They told me that day it would be 72hrs. After 72hrs passed I called and they said 92hrs. After that passed I called and they said I’d hear that day. That was two days ago.

We went get COVID tested here a few times and we got Julian every time!! He was wonder! He was so patient and kind with our entire family! Whenever we have get tested we will go back to this location solely for our good experience with Julian, unlike others.

I wouldn’t feel confident in the results you receive from them. My father tested with MCI and with the VA on the same day. He only went to the VA because he had a regular appointment for his hearing aids. MCI gave him negative results and the VA was positive. He really had it and was down for a couple weeks. On top of that my mother went to take a test at MCI the next day after my father’s results. It came up negative as well. However, she is still trying to recoup from her having COVID-19 now. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!

This is by far the best lab I've been to. The entire staff is extremely kind, efficient, and helpful, from those doing the tests, drawing blood, to those working in the business office. Furthermore, they are extremely quick with getting results to you.Thank you guys for all of your hard work!
