I don’t typically leave reviews, however this one is deserved. I called this morning and he was super friendly and helpful and scheduled me same day. I had to go to an appointment for my job however I left my appointment to make it home for him to show up. He was in communication with me even to the point of me letting him know I was headed home.
But then never showed or texted back now once. I called and texted many times afterwards and still nothing.
Please do not use this person because they are very unprofessional when it comes to their word and appointments.

This guy is amazing. Super reasonable pricing, knowledgeable and friendly guy. Went above and beyond my request and even drove out to my job and fixed my brakes. Overall he does what he says and if he doesn't finish that day he'll get it done the next. I'm going to tell everyone!

My truck has been sitting for 4 months waiting for an engine replacement. I met Lewis at the grocery store and he told me that he could fix my truck without replacing engine. That was yesterday. Today I drove my truck to work. Don't know how he did it, but he's an angel. Great pricing too! Thanks again Lewis.

BEWARE. My son's car would not start. He came over and checked it out and said it was the starter. Bought new starter & he installed. Still didn't start. Then he said it was the ignition. Next day he called and said that he was going to get an ignition. I paid him for the starter installation, but we have not heard anything since. My son tried to call him several times, but he had vanished. I hope nothing happened to him, but BEWARE. If he were to resolve this complain at some point then I will change my review, but until then I would not trust this person. Now I have to pay again to tow the car to a shop, remove the starter he put on myself so I can return it and get my money back and then pay again for a repair. Also, if he has been in business for 18 years like his website says then why is there only one review. I should have caught that. BEWARE.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a 2005 Dodge 1500 4 door pickup. I called this company, Lewis McNack to come fix it. After diagnosing, and looking at it, he told me it needed a new engine. That's when, he offered this deal -- he drove up in a 1990 Toyota Four runner (? on splg). He told me I could have the Toyota, and $500, and he would bring the title back that afternoon. Well, I haven't seen him since. I got ahold of him, and he said he couldn't find the title and he actually changed his business phone number, after blocking my number. I am a 58 year old grandmother, trying to raise my grandchildren. All of I wanted was something to drive. He left me with absolutely nothing. I can't drive the Toyota because I have no title to make it legal. Two days after I got that Toyota, the brake line was cut, causing me to almost wreck into a store, that I went 1/2 a block to get groceries. I highly suggest you Google this man's name. You will find some very interesting things. Anyway, yes, I'm stuck with a 1990 Toyota, and still have no transportation.
