She just truly cares and that is so so rare to find with representatives in the medical field. We deal with a lot of rude and unwilling people with different medical offices. She gets the gold star on our end. She is just so wonderful to speak to and she makes sure that we are heard and she makes sure we are taken care of. I will recommend American Medical if I have the chance to and it is because of her. She works in the office there and answers the phones and I’m sure she does much more than that.
