MegaWatts seems to have moved into a local house on Elm street. Unfortunately this is NOT CLEAR on their website and there is no option to come in and shop.

If you want an honest place to get your computer fixed, this is it. Definitely not like the chain repair shops. He doesn't try to sell you a new one or something that you don't need.

My brand new Mac pro battery went bad on me and Apple told me to go kick rocks. I was blown away. I thought Apple was a reputable company. I turned to Mega Watts to help me out. They went over the call of duty to take care of me. The company is amazing and gives personal attention to every customer. Thanks, Mega Watts.

i stopped using Mega Watts a few years ago probably for the same reasons some of the negative reviews have stated. However, since Jeff started running things a while back, I can't sing their praises enough. He is always there for me any time I call or go by. I own my own business and use several iMacs and he has saved my a** countless times. The one and two star reviews were justified back then but not anymore. An emphatic 5 stars from me.

Probably done doing business with these guys. Called a moment ago and asked if they have a charger for 2015 Macbook Air. Guy says "We should have that". I asked "how much do you get for it"? Guy says "Um, I'm not really sure where it is in the store but it should be somewhere between $45 and $65". I said "Thank you". This is, I think, the third time I've had a conversation like this when looking for an item. Megawatts, is business THAT good where you basically say "hey, roll the dice and come on in". Too busy for that. A customer should not have to implore you to get up and check to be sure. Good luck.

I told them the problem over the phone and the guy gave me three possible fixes for it and the cost of each. Sure enough the price was what they said it would be. I was surprised to get a repair quote over the phone. I don’t know the going rate for computer repair but it seemed like a fair price to me.

Was in today and purchased a refurbished HP ENVY All-in-One. I am extremely pleased with the purchase! Computer is exactly what I was looking for. MegaWatts is definitely a "hidden" gem, even using Google Maps we passed it and had to make a U-turn. But it was worth it! The selection was good, employee was very helpful and we couldn't beat the value! This was our fourth computer store of the day and definitely the best. We will be doing business with them again!
