I purchased a replacement phone July 7, 2025 the clerk was nice and helpful but I am unsatisfied with the phone just a little under 2 months and it's already starting to act up it's difficult to charge and doesn't hold a charge well, apps malfunction calls drop, mobile data coverage is spotty, I just want a refund so I can go to another carrier customer service told me I had to return to this store I live in Claremore this is not convenient when I moved here I had 2 stores locally to go to. Stay away from this company

Horrible experience. New owners are rude. I ask for a phone, tries to sell me a different phone. Doesn't listen to what I ask for. They seem to be buying stores and getting rid of staff and hiring only family. Bad for our community.

Roy and Tiffany at this location go above and beyond for their customers. Much respect for the way these two represented Metro PCS! I will definitely be back to upgrade my phone at this location!

My friend lost her phone. So we went up to metro to replace the girl that work there was fantastic. We called metro to suspend the service and customer service ended up canceling her service. This girl got on the phone and fixed everything also ended up getting my friend a better plan than what she was on already, saving her some money. If the boss is reading this, you need to give her a raise. Do anything you can to keep her there. She is the best employee you probably have.

The customer service is ok
The cell service especially the mobile internet not so much it's horrible it's the most incompetent an ridiculously worthless service I've ever had in my 57 yrs it's horrible

The very nice lady Kelli at Metro upgraded my phone, and took care of everything I needed help with. She did an excellent extremely good job with me, and my account. I bought an paid cash for the New OnePlus Nord N30 with 8GB of RAM. Everything was perfect on her, and on the stores end yes. Then because of Retention customer service adding another additional bogus charge of $17.14 on day 2 of having my new device, right after it, and the bill was paid in FULL WITH CASH.... retention caused my account to be temporarily suspended because the did NOT apply the offer they gave me, and RETENTION did nothing at. Then me being very very angry I hit the Metro Facebook page trying to get their attention to FIX IT IMMEDIATELY AND RESTORE MY SERVICE, they also did NOTHING TO HELP ME. Then finally a real smart nice person fixed all the issues caused by customer service on the phone after they cut my service off.....all completely stupid. Now after the nightmare on the phone with customer service and RETENTION they finally finally finally got it fixed. The people working customer service or Retention should stop worrying about reading a damn script on their screens and listen to the customers issues to figure out what's wrong and fix it within a reasonable time frame.....it should NOT TAKE DAYS ON END! The nice ladies at the store do their jobs great, and deserve a raise In their pay. By the way, it's because of the nice ladies like Kelli working at Metro on Sheridan south of Pine that keep us happy as customers, and it's because of people like her that keep customers like us coming back. Kelli an her Team GET an A++ of this deal. Customer Service on the phone gets a flat out F+ because they failed ✅ 100% failure on customer service end.

The young man in the store was the only employee there when I stopped in and there were no other customers. I asked if he could come to the door and help me. He looked up from his phone, rolled his eyes, said NO and looked straight back at his phone with no other attempt at trying to retain a customer. If you have to go to T mobile don't use the store at 834 N Sheridan.

I went in on Saturday to purchase a new phone. Ana V has the best customer service. I have been in this location several times, and each time has been a great experience. I wanted to make this review because I missed the time frame to submit my goal satifaction.
