Awful customer service. We signed up for the emails, etc promo, but no emailed coupon.We placed an $3000 order a few hours later (still no coupon code). Guess what arrived after we hit send-the coupon code for 20% off our FIRST order. We called first thing the next morning and was told, sorry, can’t help you. Asked for a manager, sorry we can’t help you. I said I’d cancel the order and was told that wasn’t possible because the order had been processed. Asked if I could use it on another order, Nope, it has to be in your first order. Thanks for the customer NO SERVICE

We contacted Dan with a possible washing machine breakdown. It took no time for him to look up our purchase history. We'd had the washer dryer pair much longer than we thought. He was quick to get us prices and choices to make for our replacement.

After a couple of less than impressive visits over the years, we stopped back in at Metro during a recent kitchen remodel. This was a floor to ceiling reno with everything new except the dishwasher, which was too new (and expensive) to replace. Plenty of appliances to select from, and after being greeted, we were pretty much left to our own devices to prowl the store, which was greatly appreciated. Once we made our choices, our salesman Trey took care of us. Appliances were delivered on time and stored in our garage until we were ready for them. Once that time arrived, Metro arranged for the installers to show up and complete the task, on time as scheduled. Overall, I can't think of a single negative thing about the entire experience with Metro, and that's pretty uncommon for me.

When I need to make a major purchase or repair, I search every available review source for reference. Angie's list and Home Advisor are terrible sources. Don't use them! Yelp, not the best either. Not a fan of Google, but for services and large purchases I have had the best luck using their reviews when picking a merchant or contractor. Replacing my dishwasher may be a good example. On Yelp, the few reviewers rated the Metro at 2.5 overall. Google on the other hand rated Metro rated at 4.6 with 490 reviews. Like it or not, those 490 points of information are more representative than 23 reviews from Yelp. Now for me. I already had experience with Metro. In 2015 we purchased all of our installed appliances for our new house, from Metro. I was very happy with how the deal went. That is why I went back this week. I went into Metro, Monday and told Cory I need a new dishwasher "stainless on the outside, stainless on the inside, and most of all QUIET!" I was hoping for another Bosh, unfortunately ....found out it would be an 8 month wait. That won't fly. Went with the upper end model Kitchen Aid which, had comparable features and was only 2db louder that the old Bosh. Very competitive price. It was "in stock" and as of today (3 days later) it is "installed." Unfortunately, [-1 star] Metro does not have their own install crews. They can refer you to good, local third-party installers. They did and it worked out fine!

Our salesperson was prompt, very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to get the appliance we wanted in a short time frame, which greatly reduced any inconvenience for us. we will recommend Metro Appliances to others!

We had a dent in the door of a professional refrigerator when it was delivered in April 2021. I spoke with a salesman to get it replaced at that time. When I asked about it every couple of months, he kept telling me he was checking on it and that it is taking a couple of months to get the replacements. Twelve months later and he just told me today (April 26.2022) that he had never ordered it previously so we will have to continue to wait a couple more months. They may be nice when you go to purchase, but once they have your money, they are HORRIBLE. My suggestion to to stay FAR away from this place.

Bought a Fridgidaire Professional (what a joke) oven from them and it does not cook properly. Repairman has come out twice and replaced 4 parts and still not working correctly. Here is the big problem...Metro Appliance says it is my responsibility to get the manufacturer to authorize replacement and they do not do that function. The product was just over 30 days old when I first reported it to the salesman at Metro Appliance that it was not working correctly. They are great for the sale but don't expect product help after the sale. And buyer beware, they own Hahn also.

We bought a refrigerator from here 3 years ago and it broke and wasn’t worth fixing. We bought another one and now the second one is bad also. We talked to them about it but nothing has been done about. I have bought several appliances from here but this is the last one. We won’t be back.

I bought a outdoor solid metal table 3 years ago from Metro. After less than one year, the paint on the table started warping and chipping. I was told by the sales person that this wouldn’t happen. After many phone calls to Metro, I was finally put in touch with a manager. She assured me that I would get a new table once they were back in stock. That was 2 years ago. She no longer returns my emails and I have no replacement table. Now I’m looking to replace that table as well as an entire outdoor living area, but will be spending my money elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if. possible. Completely ignored by commission salespeople on 2 separate visits. Doing a total kitchen remodel and replacing all appliances.......but I guess they don't need my money. That's ok......I'm happy to give it to another business.

Metro (Tulsa) delivered and installed before schedule. The gentlemen were incredibly professional and efficient. This is the second time we have used them and they have been great each time.

Customer service is the absolute worst ever. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Went there today to buy numerous items and couldn’t get anyone to even consider waiting on me.

When searching for a new refrigerator during a pandemic at a time I knew inventory would be low, I went with the best, Metro Appliances. I walked in the door 5 minutes before closing and was still greeted with a smile by a Sales Associate, Gerri Brooks. Gerri took the time to listen to my needs and research options. She followed up with me on her day off, securing 1 of the 4 available refrigerators in the region. Gerri was also wonderful post-sale with her followup and delivery/installation of my new refrigerator. I love my new refrigerator and highly recommend Metro Appliances. I would happily work with Gerri again.
