Trash customer service, I called to get information on the home internet service and the girl hung up on me TWICE, even when I asked her name. She sounds uneducated and seems like she doesn’t want to be at work so maybe she should find work elsewhere and let someone come in that is more friendly.

The people at the store like the pawn off stuff because I don't actually want to do their job wasted time and gas to come over here and to have them tell me that I have to go to a different store because my didn't buy it from them the internet box.. I'm actually thinking about getting rid of MetroPCS all together because of this BS

Got a handy in the parking lot while waiting for my phone to be activated. The worker had callused hands but the spit made up for it. 10/10 would recommend and will be back
