I wish I didn't have to leave a star just to leave a review but I had the worst experience a few days ago while getting a phone for me and my niece the store associate tried to force the 75.00 plan on me switch me up for 55 to 75 and wasn't gonna honor the $35 a line on a existing account I had to call customer service and get it resolved I got my bill lowered from $147 a month down to $90 for two lines then he tried to deny it when customer service was on the phone with him ended up charging me $119 I got that resolved as well and got the transaction disputed

They couldn't find my account and didn't honor the discount upgrade and was not very helpful. I didn't feel like a welcomed customer, more like a burden

I went to see Mr. Dolan with my husband about getting a new phone and Mr. Dolen was the best along side his partner at the store. They both took there time to work with us and was able to get us 3 phones with the price we where able to afford I know other metro pcs say they will help but don’t believe that go see Mr. Dolen and his associate. They will make it with your time. Thank you Guys for your help it was with taking the time to work with you both. Shaniqua and Allen. Happy Holidays to you both.

A great place to get all of your phone needs taken care of. They have the best service and most friendly helpful people I have been a happy satisfied customer for 15 + years will always be a very pleased for the rest of my life being a happy customer for sure.
