Unfortunately I didn't get their names but these two employees did an amazing job today explaining my daughters new account. They thoroughly explained each option in detail, price of each option and even suggested which option would be the all around best option for her unique situation. Thank you both for your patients and knowledge its greatly appreciated.

Terrible cellphone service and customer service. My phone frequently loses service and drops calls all around the Tulsa area. The store manager Tanisha was also rude and only interested in selling me a new phone and kept trying to convince me to purchase a tablet which I have no need for.
