Metro loot innocence customers by not giving them the bill. Every phone you get at metro is mostly free of cost because of their high cost mobile services but instead they say that phone cost 60$ and they give you unnecessary accessories which are cheap accessories which only costs them 3$ or 4$ each for 32 to 40$. *** Especially who are hard working or daily waged or less waged Americans and Mexicans use this services yet they loot from them by promoting unnecessary cheap accessories and additional services .
One other stupid thing they does is when you pay in store they charge 5$ extra for monthly bill payment which American law states us to pay this .
Customers please check prices online compare with different service providers and ask metro employees to provide your bill . Check each and every cost in bill. You have alright to question about bill don’t get fooled or pay high unnecessary bills from your hard end money.

We had a promise with a shattered phone. We went to Walmart, and the guy there messed around for 40 minutes ( clueless), so we went to the metro store nearby. The T moble technician that's assisted us quickly, and we were very happy with the service
