I brought my brother to Metro by T-Mobile, to have his phone number switched to my account, from our brother in-laws account. I wish I could remember our agent's name, because he was very patient and helpful. Now my brother and I are under the same account. Thank you Metro by T-Mobile!

This location doesn't even get 1 start, they just won't let you leave azero star review. The black lady that was up there is rude with a nasty attitude, doesn't seem like she likes her job or the fact she has a job to do. Instead of running off customers so she can't just collect a check. Was told one thing by the company and reject by her and her district manager. I'm sick of what Metro has become! Definitely looking for another provider ASAP!!!!

I called to see about my free upgrade and the lady on the phone told me that I would still have to pay retail price for the phone so then I proceeded to ask so I don't get the free phone then and she said no and then I said okay well I got a text saying I get a free upgrade because I've paid my bill for a year so technically it's false advertisement for one and the lady that answer the phone was so rude

The employees were super friendly, and very helpful as well when I bought my Razr from that store four months later the screen broke so they said call Motorola and they would fix it for free i was a lil skeptical at first but nope they ended up fixing it for free were as any other company would charge you like 800 dollars just to fix the screen.

Employees watch inappropriate shows on their phone on loud volume. Very unprofessional. They took care of what I was there for, though. Just wish I didn't have to hear all the cursing and inappropriate topics the employee was listening to. She was in the lobby watching it, too. Couldn't even go to the back room.

I accidentally walked in after closing My apologies! The person who helped me asked what I needed, listened, and then kindly informed me the store closed 5 minutes ago (AFTER offering for me to wait for the manager's help). They told me 51st and Union was open until 8; even though I couldn't find it on maps, I was able to make it there in time to get the answer/help I needed! Thanks, y'all!

Metro by T-Mobile is one of the best prepaid service with the most fantastic service. Every day I wake up thinking about how my phone used to work with other lesser carriers. Boy T-Mobile sure made metro better T-Mobile has strong towers that we here at metro by T-Mobile use. Gotta shoutout T-Mobile for all the support. Thanks homie.
