I was a walk in to get a new phone. I was sent a text by metro to come in when I was ready and get a new phone with new customer promotions. Well I was told that I had to do it online. Not wanting to say anything in anger I showed her the text. And the nerve to say yes online only we can't help u. So I leave knowing what it clearly says. I call metro and wow. They say they can sell me a Samsung a16 for 50 bucks. WHAT. I said no. I'll go to another store to he told to do it online....well that very thing happened. I've been with metro a long time and have always been able to get services promised. Guess this is not the habit here anymore

Sent my husband in to pay our phone bill today . He tried to pay with cash and they wouldn't accept it they said he had to pay with a card if I had a card I would have just paid online ridiculous people . I bet if I was buying another phone from your asses you would accept cash then . If you don't like your job go find another stop being rude to people sorry but I call bs on you can't accept cash

Horrible store and service. I went to purchase internet service on January 04 with the assurance that if the service didn’t meet my expectations, I could cancel it. Metro promise offers full cancellation and refund within a month. I have gone to the store twice and apparently, the manager Abdul Sky is not there and employees can’t issue the refund. I have called 611 twice and they confirmed that the store has to honor the Metro Promise within the month, but they won’t do it. I can’t even cancel the service over the phone because it hasn’t been a month. It is a full mess trying to cancel a service that I am not satisfied with and not being able to do so.

They are thieves!!!! I was switching over 3 lines and the promotion was 3 free phones. I understand that the activation fee is $25 per phone, I also understand that the monthly service charge is $65 per phone and I also understand there's taxes! But how will that total $465.00??? No effing way!! Don't let these people take your money!!!! And yes!!! I will get a hold of someone that will take care of this!!
