Called to get a price on iPhones for porting over . The lady on the phone said the price for two 13’s was 600 when porting over from cricket. The website says they are free and no activation fee. She said they are not free and have activation. Couldn’t even break down the price and very rude. My parents went to this store also and they scammed them . Very unfortunate the workers used to be good at this store but the new management is terrible. I do get 1st month charges and taxes but when I looked at my parents receipts there were no taxes ? But lots off accessories that they didn’t receive.

I came to this metro for the 'free iPhone with a port over' and the girl didnt speak English which is fine, I told her I speak a Little Spanish and I had my boyfriend on the phone who speaks fluent Spanish, she still called her manager, im assuming because she didn't know what to do since they went back and forth about prices. Well without realizing I knew what they were saying they wanted to charge me I think $200 for accessories (which was bafflin), $16 of ins. for each phone (4 of them), and an activation fee when the website says it was supposed to have free activation, all without my knowledge. So I just politely left but seriously the scamming is not cool and the fact that it was a manager telling her to scam and get as much out of me as possible when I explained to her I only wanted the phone deal is shady...

Look Metro I have had this phone service for
At least 10 years. The guy rifal at metro who talked my family into buying 2 new lines when all we were looking for was to upgrade my kids' phones. Completely messed up our account. We were paying $155 for 6 lines plus a tablet. But now our bill has gone up to $251. I swear this guy was just wanting to make his commission or whatever. This isn't the first time I have had to deal with a similar situation like this with your business. 😒
Please give this guy more training or something.

I was scammed by this place. Bought two phones that don't work at all. Neither of the phones work and was told that they could not give me a refund. I have to use WiFi calling to dial out. Phone came without a charger. This is crazy! Don't trust the sales guy. I only bought this phone because he said it was the best. Whaaaat!?

I entered the store two workers and they were assisting a customer I stood for 8 minutes before even being acknowleged. The female worker never said a word went to the back while texting on her phone and shut the door. The male worker finally said the first words to me and asked he could help me. He asked if he could get my account number from another carrier and and called them for the information cause I didn't know it. I was on hold for 17 minutes with the other company. ..but while I was waiting a white man came in and was acknowleged right away. I left not wanting to ever deal with this company and there unprofessional people again and suggest if you are a black person never deal with this company again either.

Update.. I got a mang from metro cs who had me go back up there.. the rude guy was there.. he argued again with me and the rep threatened to call the police on us refused to give us his name or tell us the time and date we placed the order for the warranty Tolstoy us we ordered it thur when it was Wen. Told us to get out and said we were lying and he was doing me a favor when my phone has 1 yr a man. warrenty with my issue I have..Give a 0 if I could. Horrible service very rude customer service rep. Go to a authorized dealer NOT HERE.. MY new ph I bought Sept 2021 has a manufacturer issue. Went in to talk to them. Very rude and ordered me a new phone telling me "they are doing me a favor" what favor? Wouldn't give me a phone up front said they had to order it. Waited 3 days no order.called to be spoken to again rudely. Now I'm getting customer service involved. This is why I do not like this company I get people like this. They act like they didn't even want to work or want my service. Apparently at this store they are superior and we as customers are peeing on.

They Always help me..manager Efrin at 31st and Garnett is AMAZING!!! It's a great store he's extremely knowledgeable and I've also witnessed home showing/teaching his employees how to things on the customer account so they can best help them he's a great trainer/teacher too!!! His employees seem really happy it's just a good place thanx!!!!
