Immediately was told the tires I bought for the car I cannot return. Zero guidance was provided by the Midas team and allowed me to make a decision that was not in my best interest for the vehicle.
If you buy tires from them make sure you won’t want to return them as they don’t have any program to exchange. Even though the car was driven from Midas to my garage even with 10 miles on the tires they will not swap. With the unwillingness to help is why they get a one star.

Trust is a big issue with me.
And I am not going to lie; the charges of $350 today were a big deal. That's three weeks of earnings from my part-time work.
My Jeep was towed in because of an ignition problem. In to Midas by 10 am (Monday) and ready to pick up at 7:30 am the next day. Cannot say all repairs are done that quickly!
And yes, I did receive a discount, so that truly helped.
Finally, there is only good to be said about Chris. I do trust that all the work was done expertly, and I didn't hesitate to look him in the eyes, shake his hand, and walk away with gratitude.

I scheduled an alignment for my 2025 F150 a little under a week in advance, with my vehicle specifications listed on the appointment. Today comes and I bring my truck in and 4 hours go by before I call THEM to check on the status just to find out they don’t even have access to the alignment specifications for my truck and had already known this for over 2 hours. You would think to maybe check for that or give me a heads up upon scheduling since it’s a requirement to enter my vehicle and year. 2 stars since they were well mannered, but please don’t waste peoples time.

If I had the option to do no star I would. These people are rude and unprofessional, atleast the manager Chris is, I can’t speak for anyone else because I didn’t deal with them. Honestly I feel bad for them, unless they act like that too. I was directed to the wrong location (this location) to have an alignment done on my car and it because a whole ordeal for no reason. I went in, Chris was the person that “helped” me said i told him what I needed, I had an appointment. He asked what was going on and I explained it and he said that’s not an alignment, but we can do an inspection on it that’s $85 and I said ok, well Enterprise is paying for it, I can just let Patrick know so he can handle the billing and he said no, someone has to physically come in here and pay for it or you can’t take your car. After communicating with Enterprise several times , I found out I was at the wrong location and told they don’t use that location because of how they treat people. Thank God that wasn’t the place I actually had to use. I will
Never use this place and do not recommend using them either.

The staff here are willing to inform you on things you need, not just upsell you. And they're upfront about appointments and walk-ins. Came in for an oil change and they informed me about my lights/filter. Good service!

First off I would love to shout out Chris who stood out just from me calling to get a phone quote. Then having to callback and reschedule , Chris was so pleasant , reassuring and kind! Made me trust I was bringing my car to a good place for the first time. Chris did not neglect to remember I had a coupon also which made a world of difference for me getting this taken care of today. The staff is so polite , efficient , and helpful. I am a happy customer who will now be returning , and referring People here.
