I began banking with MidFirst, in January 2025. And my banking experience each time I walk into whichever branch around the Metro Tulsa area.i have been treated with kindness, respect and joy. When I enter the individual branches, I truly enjoy my banking experience. The Midtown branch since discovering it was closer to my home is probably my favorite branch. I have come to know the bankers there by name now, and my needs are being met with the utmost care and respect.My first experience with MidFirst Bank was at their Brookside location and I used that branch until I discovered thru Google search where the convenient branches are located based on my current location in the city.

I went in to settle some payments for my daughters' daycare and received a notification that my check had bounced due to fraud. Upon further investigation with the daycare, I discovered that I had received the incorrect checks, which had another person's name. I feel extremely embarrassed and frustrated.
Now, I'm facing late fees, and the bank has informed me that they cannot do anything to rectify the situation. This error by the bank was significant, and I'm definitely not coming back.

MidFirst Bank is excellent. This location has the absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced at any bank in my life. It took over 5 minutes for them to get my cash withdrawal in the drive thru lane. How long does it take the average adult to count 8 bills? About a minute per bill?? I had to leave the drive thru because it took so long. I called and let them know. When I returned 30 minutes later I waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru lane before anyone even came to the window to acknowledge me. I will avoid this location even though it is one mile from my house. I will also tell other people about my experience locally.
