MidFirst is horrible all around, I had to replace my card every month, due to there "supposed" security, yet they never once physically contacted me, I spent two years just trying to get them to update my phone number, which led to all kinds of complications, and still never got updated, they're rude to the point of talking down to you, God forbid you need to call their "customer support" , they are complete garbage, if your looking for a bank, don't waste your time, keep looking.

Terrible bank. Money missing, unauthorized transactions. Staff is rude, disrespectful and they are unprofessional. They even closed my account without telling me. They should not have jobs dealing with people.

Worst Bank Ever!!! My account was compromised by a contracted out online banking employee over phone. Someone other than myself called and was able to change the phone number and email address on my account over a year ago. I went to this location after being locked out of my own account for an entire weekend. I was promised several times over weeks that my account had been closed. I am receiving message 's now that my account is in overdraft and I owe the bank money! I would give this bank ZERO stars if I could!!!! It's funny. They help the fraudster but not the customer.

Bad experience! One time Drive through windows and withdrew $$. The transaction shows more money withdrew than amount handed to me. Correction was made. Second incident with drive thru window and deposit cash but they miscounted the cash. My suggestion is avoid drive thru window if you are doing cash transactions. Don’t trust them!

Cassie is the sweetest bank teller at this bank!! She always has a smile on her face and can remember names of the bank customers and how to say them properly.

They charge you $2 a month for paper bank statements. I do not recall notification of this. Then when you call the bank to turn off your paper statements to avoid the $2 monthly fee they can't do it over the phone. They tell you to go on line and make an on line account. To put all your personal data on line. Then you can turn off the function. That turning off paper statements is a user function. OR you can get in your car, drive to a location and they will assist you in doing this. So if you want to bank there you will pay $2 a month or bank on line It seems like if a bank can remove money from one's account without customer consent, they should be able to turn off paper when one calls and request.
