Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I've used MidFirst for years and been very happy. Their customer support is helpful and will even call you back if they need to investigate a problem. 71st is my favorite location!

This bank has gone so downhill the last 2 years its really sad been a member for 13 years. And I don't think I can remain a member they don't care about the customers and they don't help keep your money safe at all. Shopping for a new bank any suggestions for one that cares about its customers.

Friday deposit a check ask a very basic question do I have the funds available tomorrow manager of the bank say yes it’s your money is available tomorrow today and mad unhappy person and in the bank say I’m not taking a risk and not giving you the money come back Monday shame on you This is my money bunch of unprofessional behind the desk

I took an older gentleman to the bank to deposit a check. He filled out a deposit slip and asked for some money back. The VERY RUDE girl at the window sent his receipt without the cash back. When asked about it she rudely said, “You don’t get cash back when you’re overdrawn.” The man was horrified! She never asked if he was aware he was overdrawn or said anything about not sending any money back. She just sent the receipt and walked off. She acted very put off by having to come back to the window. I have had it with this location. I’ve banked there 14 years and since Chaleene left the staff I’d going down hill fast. I’ve referred several people to this bank but NOT ANYMORE! I’m considering closing the 7 accounts we have now. I’ve got several more stories that aren’t good that have happened in last 2 months. This location needs corporate intervention immediately. I’ll be using a different location while I’m considering whether or not to keep my accounts and I’ll be letting the others know who I sat with while they opened accounts.

Tressie is simply amazing. Have been using MidFirst for years, but, i go way out of my way to use this branch specifically because of her.

I have done business with this bank for years and I love the staff (at least the ones I know), but in last few months to the past year, the company policies have changed and there has been lots of staffing changes. This bank is no longer convenient to use, they do not offer cardless cash anymore, they do not accept Oklahoma Mobile ID (like most other notable banks do), they do not allow checks to be signed over to the bank account holder without that person with you (what’s the point of signing over a check, when they can put it the bank account themselves), the coin machine is always broken (I have kids with piggy banks and it’s always disappointing to take them and not be able to cash out their money unless we take it back home and roll it). Everything is an up charge. You frequently have to go inside to discuss options which is not convenient if you have little ones with you. The young lady that assisted me with opening a new account was very welcoming. She was had a calm demeanor, polite, respectful and funny. She provides me with all options that were best for me.

Overall, disappointed. Opened a checking account on a Friday with a check from another bank. They put a hold on my funds for 2.5 weeks and cashed my check in two days. Also the debit card printer was broken and I had to come back another day. Also to open the checking account, you must open a savings account with a $250 initial balance or pay a $4 a month fee. Needless to say, not a good experience. The good point was that it had a great TV in the branch to watch as I waited for someone to wait on me.

Got to say all the different bank I've used over the years well let's say it was uncomfortable always felt I didn't belong. But muddiest had been extremely nice help me move ford in my business by opening a business account. Cassandra on N. 9th st had been great help very responsive they always have great deals for new bank accounts. Make it very easy and they help you choose the best account for you. So yea 100% happy with them and I'll continue to do business with them.

Jared was absolutely wonderful. He opened my account in less than 15 minutes. He also gave my daughter a bunch of cool stuff too. Definitely the kind of atmosphere you want in a bank. Very hospitable.

Do not bank here, claims transactions have posted and gone through correctly then they move the "posted transaction" to a different date a week later so you are hit with an overdraft fee even after you spoke with a rep to confirm the transaction posted a week ago. Worst bank I've ever used would not recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.
