I recently opened another account at MidFirst Bank and received the very best professional, personal and time efficient service. I've moved a lot in my life, being in the military twice and a world wide Field Engineering Manager, so have opened, closed and conducted much business with banks. The gentlemen that assist with the business at MidFirst are the best I've dealt with in my 79 years. I recommend them for any banking needs.

I currently have accounts at Chase and have for more than 15 years. Employees are nice enough but never see the same one twice. At the 91/Yale MidFirst location I’m greeted like a valued customer. Been banking there a little over a year. Chad H., the manager and Collin, the assistant manager, are great to work with. Begs the question why I don’t have all my checking/savings there? I don’t feel like a number at MidFirst Bank.

I *ALWAYS* receive Excellent Customer Service, no matter how Routine or Complex My Banking Need!! I even have a Personal Banker I have been working with, for several Years, and even had one several years Prior to my Current Personal Banker!!

Great bank overall. However If you decide to get a Loan through Matt be prepared for very slow responses and several months before you even get the loan. Or better yet 4 months later get told he can't help you and you have to go elsewhere.

Told me I could cash a $1400 check in the drive thru. When they saw the check they said they didn't have the cash to cover it. Sent the check back crumpled up in the tube. So they either wasted my time or lied to me.

Very disappointed in this banks customer service. The manager Chad needs retrained or let go. We will soon be closing our accounts out due to our unpleasant encounter.
