Midtown Athletics is a group personal training facility in the heart of Midtown Tulsa. It offers 45-minute, high intensity workouts in a premiere training facility. The group training sessions combine intense cardio with strength and resistance training. The gym also offers personal training, small group sessions and nutrition coaching. The trainers are fantastic, helpful, and friendly, creating a welcoming, encouraging environment with great partner camaraderie. The workouts are the right kind of tough, hard but doable, and are for all fitness levels. The coaches push you farther than you would push yourself, but not past your limits, and encourage scaling to take care of your body. The nutrition coaching can change your relationship with food and unlock a love for strength training. It is a wonderful place where coaches take pride in their work, celebrate your wins, and help you accomplish your goals.
Midtown Athletics is one of a kind! The workouts are challenging, but still allow flexibility for modifications to meet you where you are on your fitness journey. They have the best coaches and the best classmates. Nothing compares to the atmosphere here. Positive vibes all around. I love it!

I have been going to Midtown Athletics since Feb. of 2019 and have enjoyed my time throughout the years. The trainers are so helpful and friendly. Its such a welcoming environment! For all fitness levels which is why I'll continue to support them.
