Solid reviews led us to Midwest Wraps, and after meeting with a gentleman (forget his name unfortunately), came away happy with our decision and excited to see their ideas in ~3 days. Meeting with him in person was definitely a positive experience.Unfortunately that’s the end of the positive experience. We never heard from Midwest Wraps proactively again, although we did call back twice to politely request an update. Each time we were offered a reasonable explanation (short staff and “busy”), but eventually we simply let it go and moved on to other alternatives.Ultimately I have no negative feedback since our experience never progressed beyond a face-to-face meeting and walk-thru of ideas. My only complaint is that when you offer a timeline, call the Customer proactively if it changes….especially if it changes twice. We never heard from you, regardless of reasons, and a 5 minute phone call is not a significant step to take. We were well prepared to pay you and work with you on scheduling asap, with respect to your availability. We never called upset or frustrated…simply asking if we could get an update. The face-to-face was positive, but your follow through definitely was not.Blue Jeep JKUGood luck!

I have tried other wrap providers and ended up with wraps that looked crooked and blended in with the vehicle colors. This wrap provider communicates well and makes sure you get exactly what you wanted. Priced great and fast turn around. Wraps look amazing. Thanks...Midwest Wraps!!!
