If I could leave negative stats, I would. Miklos damaged my vehicle during a tow, took payment and didn't acknowledge they dropped my vehicle, and immediately drove off. They refused to take accountability or provide their insurance. I emailed the department of public safety to attain their insurance, just to find out they haven't had an active policy for the last 4 months. They refuse to take accountability and their response to this incident has been childish and unprofessional. Save your money and time and avoid Miklos Towing at all cost.

My old review is below. DO NOT USE THEM. NO INSURANCE. WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR. they damaged a car of mine after towing so many and have hid behind multiple lies, absolute disregard for the law that REQUIRES CURRENT insurance. These people are playing around with your property. Do you really want your property damaged and them not care? Because that's what they'll do. They will refuse to work with an accredited body shop and refuse to share insurance information BECAUSE THEY HAVE NONE. don't believe me? Reach out to the state at
[email protected] and their last registered (required by laws insurance company of amgaurd. My car was dropped on a busy avenue only for them to mock me and lie to their last known insurance company. They will reply with a generic customer service message deflecting accountability because that's the type of people they are. Do not use them. Seriously. Don't. I am happy my other cars weren't damaged but this is ridiculous. Less than 1k worth of damages that the insurance companies could have handled and these resort to damaging customer property. Lying to a customer. These people are taking money and hooping their drivers don't damage your cars or equipment or anything else. STICK TO AARP. They require their people to be insured and check it. These people do not deserve to be in business and need to be shut down. My previous rating was 5/5 and the same driver that damaged this vehicle towed my other car(s). I used to recommend them to other shops and mechanics just in case but after this? Absolutely not: (previous rating) Only ones worth the cost. They've towed 3 or 4 of my cars and will be towing another one soon. Only ones that treat my cars with respect and communicate clearly and consistently.

Oscar and Adrian were fantastic. Very professional and very friendly. I didn't think they would be able to get the car out of its space, and they sure proved me wrong!! Just an all-around great experience because of these 2 guys.

I highly recommend Miklos Towing. My car wouldn’t start, I called Miklos to tow my car to my house. The driver showed up to my location within 20 minutes, they were professional. From the office staff to the driver. It was cold outside, the driver had me sit in the truck with the heater on. They care about their customers! I will definitely be using Miklos again if needed. ?

Great service and speedy drivers, Nikki was great and communicative, got my 4Runner picked up in no time, and even made sure to plug my drive shaft so I didn’t get oil all over my cargo area. I recommend this to company to anyone in Tulsa.
