Incredibly rude. After explaining the issue with my device, the owner spoke to me in a condescending manner while eluding to my lack of intelligence.
I explained once again for clarification and his response was abrupt and abrasive.
From the sheer disrespect, I decided to leave and seek assistance elsewhere.
Lasting impression: very rude, no customer service

I had a good experience at this place. I took in my daughter’s broken iPad Air & everything went smoothly. The lady at the front desk has a good attitude & gives good customer service. I didn’t have to wait too long for the repair, only about a week or so. My 16 year old is very happy with her iPad. Awesome service! I would definitely go back. Thnx so much

Came in for an apple repair and was rudely greeted and referred elsewhere after having an appointment. There's a reason this business is failing. Spend your money elsewhere. I will be reporting their negligence to apple. You are not up to certified apple repair standards.

Mobile Macsters advised on some lost family photos on a personal Mac. Todd came to the house and found them and also offered other advice. Since then I have gotten helpful advice emails from Mobile Macsters on IOS upgrades etc. very responsive company. Knowledgeable.

I made a mistake and forced a restart while laptop was loading an update...my bad! Macsters said they would try to reload operating system and if that did not work, they would have to wipe laptop and reload - fortunately I had everything backed up on external hard drive! Reloading the operating system did the trick and I had a minimum charge! A good ending!!

I'm very pleased I brought my Mac to MobileMacsters when it started acting up. I only had to wait 3 days to get it in for diagnostics, and they were able to take care of my issue quickly. They were very fair on the labor - I was ready for a higher bill, and it came back lower than anticipated. Excellent experience. Glad to have found a place I can trust to repair my Mac! I 100% recommend them.

We have used the services of Mobile Macsters for over five years. Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and prompt response has been excellent. Update, Mobile Macsters continues to prove top service. Recently they completed an overhaul of our system. The best thing about computer services is never having to call because of issues. Fortunately, we rarely have to make a call and the calls are almost always for updates or system changes.

AMAZING!! They replaced my screen and I expected it to be like 2 weeks and it was ready in 4 days. He gave me some great tips to maintain my battery life. Would 100% recommend.
