I just stopped in because I was in the area. The employees at this store were so friendly and helpful! Thank for an enjoyable experience! If I lived closer this would be my store!

Compared to some other grocery stores the prices here can be quite a bit less. There is better selection here than the newer, cleaner, easier to park in Aldi market. But there is also the likelihood that what you are looking for is either out of stock or not stocked, ever. I couldn't find Stone Ground Mustard for instance. I bake sourdough bread frequently and this store is usually out of stock of my preferred flour, King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour. I come here because it is convenient to where I live. I hate that self-checkout seems to be the norm at most Neighborhood Walmarts these days. I'm sure that helps keep their costs down but I hate it. I imagine it encourages more shoplifting too so maybe the cost savings aren't that great? Who knows.

I don't know what kind of store this is exactly. You have to fight employees parking in prime parking spots. Too many assigned parking spots. You have to fight employees to get cart through store and nobody will help you unless you are black!! So is this "store" really just pick up only? Customer service is non existent. I just shopped there and black employe only helped the black people check out! Why wasn't I asked if I needed help? I'm so tired of this!! Black peoples are not helping their cause at all!

The manager Dillion is absolutely disgusting and rude. Do not shop there if you don't want to deal with a creep of a manager. Dillion was so rude and I think he's on some type of drugs. They need to drug test him because something is not right with this disgusting creep of a man. I will never shop at this location because the manager is a f-ing creep tweaker.

I typically shop at this Walmart Neighborhood Market each week for groceries since it is the closest grocery store to my house. I normally have a 4/5 star experience. Today when I went, there had been some remodeling done. Most of the changes were unnecessary but okay until I arrived at the check out area. This store now has lots of small individual self checkouts. There is no space to put your groceries before scanning them. If you have groceries for the week, it is extremely difficult to use the new poorly designed check-out area. If a family is checking out with a basket at the lane closest to the exit, then no one who is finished checking out can leave with a grocery cart because there is not enough exit space. I would think it is a fire hazard too being so narrow. If this is not improved, I will have to drive and couple more miles to start shopping at Reasors, where the check out area is better designed.

This store sucks as for customer service. One person in particular is the main problem. No one will actually move her or school her how to treat customers. I'm done with Walmart. WHY DOES YOUR REVIEW HAVE TO BE LONG.

The customer service Bill pay has bad customer service. There is no easy way to get through checkout with the workers. Today one even claimed that the bill service is not working and that there was problem with their service. When another customer service worker was asked to assist with Bill pay, she was able to clarify that their service is not up to making payments with all available clerks at the customer service checkout. Very rude too by the way. No wait is worth the customer service at Walmart.
