Murphy's is my favorite place to get gas! I earn points with their rewards program and can get up to $1 off per gallon of gas or exchange points for some food or drink options available.

So I usually have a good experience here besides today. I went with my disabled friend to buy her gas and a few other items. The woman behind the counter didn't put the gas on my card. So I went back up to the counter to pay for gas again. Well there's two sides of the line. I get up to the window and now there's another woman there as well and they tell me to go to end of line on other side after I had been standing in line behind others for 10 min. I said no. I walk up to window and they refuse to let me buy the gas I've been trying to pay for for now 30 min. Literally snatched the credit card machine inside the window and shut it. While my disabled friend is in the car and it's on Empty. So we go in Walmart and I go to customer service to notify them, however they don't handle them that's a super a separate company, which is closed today so I can't notify them till Monday. However the Walmart customer service lady said she had trouble with these two girls yesterday and already had the corporate number ready. One lady's name is Sara. They said she hides in the bathroom all the time. Sara too wasn't in the lil building when I first tried to pay for the gas. And then later tried convincing me she was. I think this needs addressed with Sara..... About her customer service skills. We weren't allowed to get our gas after they screwed up twice.... I got told I was being disrespectful smdh.Not pleased

Supposed to close at 11pm. Just came by 12 minutes before close it's shutdown. ... Women said I can't help you already shut everything down.. Great customer service there

I came by today at 8:48 on a Friday and it was closed! I couldn't believe it. This isn't the first time this has happened. This store always closes early without warning or has problems.

If I could leave a negative amount of stars. I would the lady there named britney affleck american long hair obese. Was very very disrespectful to me and I was not a lick of Disrespect torch her. She claimed that she could not help me when my number wasn't working for the Murphy's rewards back to ask her if I could re-enter it. And she was everything but respectful torch me. I use the word obese cause that's what she said to me too so. If you hate your job just get a new one
