I custom ordered my sofa Murphy bed from Murphy Bed Studios via phone calls and texts! Specially designed to fit into a tiny rental studio. My guests love it, everyone is impressed by the comfort and quality, and it absolutely made the studio cozy. It’s very sturdy and real wood… and the sofa is heavy and densely comfortable. How they handled the problems I had were wonderful so I have no complaints.
I do highly recommend adding assembly white glove service, and better assembly instructions both on paper and in video.
Thankful to Yulia for her service and for the touch up kit I requested! Amateurs shouldn’t assemble. Hire someone if you have to…

The construction of the finished product was first rate.
The installation was handled by Alex. he did a great job of positioning the unit exactly where we wanted it to meet our desires.

Great product from a great company.
Yuliya was so patient and helpful as we toured the showroom and customized our order to best accommodate our needs.
Installation and delivery went smoothly, punctually, and our home was left clean and free of any residual residue. The bed looks like it was part of the original room construction and it is perfectly balanced for easy of operation. Would definitely recommend this company for your Murphy bed needs!

The Murphy Bed I purchased is beautiful and works well. The install was great and two years later I had them take it down so I can replace the carpet with hardwood floor and they put it back in and did an awesome job. The owner himself came out to install it. I highly recommend them ?

Wonderful quality, excellent customer service, and most importantly great installation. You can always get something less expensive, but you will not always have the quality and proper installation. Makes all the difference and how it looks and operates. Julie and Aleks made the process easy getting me exactly what I needed to use my office as a guest room.

Murphy Bed Studios was a great to work with from the beginning through installation. They were always quick to respond when I had a question. Their installation team was on-time, quick, efficient and cleaned up their mess when they were finished.
We absolutely love our murphy bed. It is well made and looks beautiful.

I research Murphy beds for over two years and found Murphy bed Studios and after talking with them and multiple other Murphy bed companies we chose them.
The whole experience was painless
I buy fix and flip houses, are you Sherwin Way and paints and sodas Murphy Bed studios.
Also, the author of Downsizing for dummies when we update the book, we will sure put Murphy beds in the next addition and Murphy bed. Studios will be mentioned.

I live out of town. Called three times and left messages. No one ever called me back.UPDATE: The very nice owner called me today to apologize. He had forgotten to forward calls to his cell in the office manager’s absence. So, I am going to change my review to 5 stars even though I have yet to see their beds. ?BTW, I did try the online chat and nothing happened.
